| WHAT IS THE MES PTO? PTO's or Parent Teacher Organization’s work for teachers, parents and children. PTO's meet to help find solutions to problems in the school community. We are a group of parents and teachers who work together to build a sense of community within the Maynardville Elementary School . The PTO meets once a month to discuss how we as parents, teachers and others can support the school educating our children by volunteering our time in the school, and running school and family related activities. We support teachers and help parents in the MES community stay informed on issues regarding the school and their children. As a result, PTO membership benefits our children, schools, teachers and the community. |
