A Real Union County UFO Story

Recently the Newsleader ran a story about a UFO seen in the Bull Run area. Right after it ran we wrote our article about aliens and the Mars Lander. This person saw that article and related to us their true story of what they saw one night in the Bull Run area. This person would like to contact the individual who saw the light on Bull Run earlier this year. The story:

It was late March of 94 or 95, I was either 18 or 19 years old depending on the year. It must have been close to midnight. I was in the habit of sleeping on the couch instead of my bed. I had just turned off the light and was about to lay down when I saw it. A green round light. It came down and hovered over a field in front of my house. My house was on a hill with a big window in the living room where I was. The field was about 100 to 150 yards away. The light stopped about 100 or so feet off the ground. This was almost exactly in the center of the window I was looking out of. It stopped there for a few seconds, then moved over to the right out of my sight. I know it seems like I should have gotton up at this point to investigate, but I just couldn't move. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was no noise, and the object wasn't very big. I would say it was about half the size of a car but round in shape. The light it was giving off wasn't extremly bright either. It was more of a pale glow. It was out of my view for just a few seconds. It then came back and stopped in the same place in the middle of my window. It was still for a few more seconds then went straight up out of my view. All of it's movements that I could see were slow. It basicly made a L shape and went back the same way. I was still stunned wondering what in the world I had just seen, but I finally got up and looked out. I never saw it again. Truthfuly I was a little scared. I went and woke my parents up but they didn't take it as seriously as I did. The next day there were two helicopters that flew around the area for a little while and then left. I thought that was strange also. It's not often you see one much less two helicopters flying around in the Bull Run area. I don't believe in aliens and I'm not saying this was an alien spacehip. I'm just saying I don't know what it was. But I am sure of what I saw, and I will never forget it.
